Yeah it is unfortunately. I was due a deload anyway, hopefully my sciatica will clear up soon enough. Thing is that I know what to do about it this time round

I actually weighed myself today for the first time in almost a month since I stopped tracking macros. 78.7kg, not too bad.


I had a very short session today due to lack of time.


warm up - featuring shoulderok


overhead squat

90kg x 7 - fairly pleasing


then I did some db bench, cable shoulder press, duffin upright rows and pressups.

I know right! I definitely think I've pretty much completely sorted out my diet and more importantly attitude towards food.

P.s musclefoods delivery coming on wednesday, about which i am excited. Unfortunately I couldnt use your reference code as well as the other code I put in that got me about £25 off.

Sorry to hear about the codes. I don't think you'll be disappointed with the food. It's taken me to within 10kg of my squat PB WITH a trapped nerve in my neck so I reckon it'll do good things for you too on your new on territory as of late.

Last day of my deload week today (which has only really been for lower body anyway, loal).


Warm up - featuring shoulderok and what have you


squat

40kg x 8
60kg x 8


Touch and go conventional deadlift

60kg x 8,8


Kettlebell one leg deadlift

12kg x 2 sets of 10 each side


Kettlebell romanian split squat

12kg x 10 each side



Then I did a massive curls and tricep pushdown superset.




This was a very pleasing session. The lower spine aggravation showed absolutely no sign of its self and then I got a nice arm pump. In other news, there is the growing possibility of me getting some programming done by an enjoyable GBPF lifter.

Bit of a weird session today. I should actually be very happy but I left disapointed.

Then I messed about and went home.


After deloading everything just felt really hard and i had absolutely no motivation. I am happy though that the (albeit hard af) squat was actually completely pain free, which is great news considering that i aggravated my lower spine last week. Its good that i know how to fix myself.

Anyway, as of monday I will be being coached by Rob Rees.
