I had a very short session today due to lack of time. warm up - featuring shoulderok overhead squat bar 40kg x 5 55kg x 5 bench bar x 20 40kg x 10 60kg x 10 80kg x 3 90kg x 7 - fairly pleasing then I did some db bench, cable shoulder press, duffin upright rows and pressups. | ||

Warm up - featuring shoulderok and what have you squat bar 40kg x 8 60kg x 8 Touch and go conventional deadlift 60kg x 8,8 Kettlebell one leg deadlift 12kg x 2 sets of 10 each side Kettlebell romanian split squat 12kg x 10 each side Then I did a massive curls and tricep pushdown superset. This was a very pleasing session. The lower spine aggravation showed absolutely no sign of its self and then I got a nice arm pump. In other news, there is the growing possibility of me getting some programming done by an enjoyable GBPF lifter. | ||

I should actually be very happy but I left disapointed. warm up Squat bar 80 80 100 120 140 160kg x 1 Then I messed about and went home. After deloading everything just felt really hard and i had absolutely no motivation. I am happy though that the (albeit hard af) squat was actually completely pain free, which is great news considering that i aggravated my lower spine last week. Its good that i know how to fix myself. Anyway, as of monday I will be being coached by Rob Rees. | ||
