Is musclefoods meat more anabolic than regular meat?

Good question.
I don't know what the optimum ratio of nutrients for anabolic effects is in meat but i'd be willing to bet that there is at least more protein per 100g of musclefood meat than in the supermarket variety.

I had their lean cumberland sausages today. On their own they were a bit disappointing, as "lean" and "sausage" just dont go together. However it was well nice broken into pieces and mixed with rice and veg and stuff.

Thats what I do with them too for exactly the reason you mentioned. Fat makes a sausage but for a sausage with no fat I reckon they did a good job. I mixed it with cheesy pasta which was ace.

That sounds heavy Joey. Iv got the pork sausages in the fridge defrosting and ready for todays gullet pounders. Will see what the situation is with regards to which carbs I decide to mix it with and what have you

I find the sirloin to be very enjoyable sliced with good mexican style rice. Enjoy!

How do you make rice be mexican style?

Recently I have been enjoying my meats to be diced and fried with various vegetables, rice, paprika and then a little bit of grated cheese on it. Absolutely well nice

Cook the rice with oil in a pan and add salt, cumin, a little tomato paste and onions chopped finely as well as some spices. I think u can get mexican spices in packets and stuff too. Also, you can get that microwave pouch atuff ready made from aldi.
