loal! yeah i started doing them a while ago after a long break and all they did was really hurt my collar bone. I have since improved my thoracic mobility and they feel great now. I think that front squats will be phenomenally good, not just at improving my squat and deadlift but also improving my posture and what have you. I am currently more excited by the concept of improving my front squat than any other lift, and i have the desire and intention of front squatting a very large number. I also think that it would be a good exercise to do with chains, but havnt got round to doing that yet.

You might disown me for saying this...

But despite how much I love lifting angry to all shouty varieties of metal 99% of the time, there is also great satisfaction in getting some quality electro/dnb going in the old ears and pumping rep after rep out until your pouring in sweat and swole as f**k. Like a god daaaym bodybuilder

I used to listen to that kind of music while doing cardio. Every time I go to a rave I like that kind of music for a few weeks after.

micro loading plates to get the right percentage. Obviously it makes no difference but it makes me take the program more seriously.
