I have since improved my thoracic mobility and they feel great now. I think that front squats will be phenomenally good, not just at improving my squat and deadlift but also improving my posture and what have you. I am currently more excited by the concept of improving my front squat than any other lift, and i have the desire and intention of front squatting a very large number. I also think that it would be a good exercise to do with chains, but havnt got round to doing that yet. | ||
