I understand that peat smoke is very nice indeed but I couldn't put a smell to it. My parents have a wood burning fire so I will make an effort to acquire some peat when I next go back there. Can you just dig some up off the moors?

I don't know anyone called Trevor.

I also find it very strange when someone doesn't like tea and/or coffee.

My session didnt go to plan today because when i got to the tube station (about a 10 minute walk from my flat) i realised i had forgotten my oyster card so I had to go back and get it, costing me just enough time to not be able to deadlift.

Yeah you can dig peat up and put it somewhere to dry. When I was little, that's what my parents burnt as it was in abundance where they lived. Wonderful stuff!

After having done a few weeks of hammering paused squats but not actually going that heavy, 145kg felt really heavy on my back but was really easy out of the bottom.

Im well happy with those deadlifts! My deadlifts have been a bit s**te recently but I remembered that I am supposed to push my hips close to the bar and knees out. This helped.

I was going to do 4 doubles but I was feeling good and then my song (which was conan) came on the playlist so I did 2 sets in one. Probably could have done another rep.
