Immediately after last set felt a burning and dull ache in lower back and balls not too bad when moving but driving back from gym and knocking around house it's agony! No relief no matter what position I sit stand or lie despite maxing out on painkillers..anyone have anything similar at all, this is an ongoing problem and training has completely stalled the last few months.

Help me rescue my Insulina. Member 5366, 1090 posts | It would appear you have take the recent thread regarding 'balls to the wall' a little too literally On a serious note I cannot say I have experienced this, well not a combination of back and sack pain. My first guess would be groin strain also. Without wanting to sound Gay (Sugden def. B) is the pain actually in your balls or is it more generalised to the area? I have twisted a tube once so to speak from heavy lifting and that was uncomfortable for a day or two.

Member 5548, 415 posts SQ 270, BP 157.5, DL 310737.5 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq | Cheers for the replies guys yes pain is left ball mainly but they look ok just painful ache and throbbing. Woke up now and back feels painful and tender on left side mainly. Had a gander online all last night which is probably the worst thing to do and came up a host of potential issues. Got a ball scan in Dec but I have a feeling it's maybe pain from back or kidneys radiating into the groin area as apparently this is common. Will see how it goes over next few days of rest but that's training out the windows another week : (

Member 5554, 190 posts SQ 212.5, BP 150, DL 245607.5 kgs @ 97kgs UnEq | I'd get it checked out but I've had similar issues. I went to see a physio and they told me that the nerves for lower back and bo***cks are very close together. the pain radiants. Mine was due to a S.I joint issue ( I think)

Member 5548, 415 posts SQ 270, BP 157.5, DL 310737.5 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq | Thanks for all the input gents.. Dosed up on painkillers last few days and sat on my backside a lot but stood up from a long stint of sitting and done a big yawn/stretch really arching lower back hard, heard a loud clicking sound from lower back area, immediately held the position thinking something had slipped then slowly brought my arms down then realised movement seemed a lot better and pain free to an extent! Ball ache seems to have subsided a great deal too although still there when seated too long. Don't know exactly what happened but feel so much better since something clicked back into place. Massive relief in pain and got mobility back so not interfering with work etc. Thonking it Possible nerve or disc movement not sure really but very relieved

Member 5717, 10 posts SQ 140, BP 102.5, DL 170412.5 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | Had similar a few times but I'm certain it's down to my groins which have always been problematic for me. If anyone has any tips on that it's be appreciated
