I removed it and in doing so inadvertently touched its flesh. First time in 44 years... Guess what, it didnt feel so bad and i didnt scream! Im a brave boy  Also, my new favourite word is piffle. Used in context 'your/ my brain has gone to piffle'.I got it from watching Nathan Barley  | ||

Member 3986, 10443 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | Cant believe I'm putting this on the internet but a while back at my uni gym a girl on my course that I liked always had her s+c sessions on the day that I did barbell shrugs and I often worried about how a certain bar to anatomy contact would make said anatomy look. I completely bottled it with the girl so I have no idea whether those shrugs had any effect on my chances  I feel like it would have been fine though | ||
