Just been out on my bike.

Saw a guy wearing sunglasses in the dark.

Cycled past 3 old ladies (maybe in their 70s/80s) who were having a conversation. I heard this...
"Did you see that Fifty Shades of Grey?"
"Was that any good?"

I used to be quite the front squatter. Neglected them this year. Put on alot of size and now i suck at them.

Cant get in position. Dang it. Ill fix it.

Use a safety squat bar in reverse mate, SO much better

depends on angle of camber against the pads and depth of camber. the cheap strength shop one: you have the pads out in front on delts with the camber pushing the plates back to roughly where they'd be located (sagitally) with a straight bar being held using a clean style grip (flexible olympic lifters only)

obviously the camber will introduce some extra rotational forces that aren't present on a standard bar.

i'm in agreement about straight bar. there's a couple of attachments you could try
the 'stingray' (i don't particularly like this - gym has one, but it may work for you) and a full 'harness'..
of course using either will incur the wrath of squat-evangelicals who believe it's cheating in some way Grin

as a side rant to this thread of disclosure...

i often wonder why we torture ourselves over doing certain lifts and a lot is simply empty macho rhetoric
'if you ain't squattin' ass to grass you're a pussy' mark rippetoe style etc etc. personally gotten sick of waking up
being unable to put my socks on without a hefty dose of ibuprofen or worse, DF118s because of squatting heavy.
since dropping heavy skwaaats, my deadlift is rising again and even my bench is feeling better and i'm off painkillers completely.
