a friend weighed the green bands out at work at 27kg each at lockout but I'm abit dubious of that. felt good anyway.

had a grip comp with a friend to see who had a better grip, he picked 2 events and I picked 2, decider was DOH max deadlift.

CG incline on smith
just worked up in 5s to 3 plates a side

seated side raises

done. happy with the seated shoulder press.
