DOH axle (60mm) max 80x1 100x1 110x1 120x1 130xf he won. 200kg DOH hold for time I got 32 secs and won. 2 hand pinch grip for max Worked upto 55kg I won BW hang on revolving bar I got 42 secs, he won. DOH deadlift 180x1 200x f - grip was fried!! Yoke 20m - drop turn at 10m 230 4 runs beltless Good fun. need to bring up my grip. | ||

CG incline on smith just worked up in 5s to 3 plates a side seated side raises 3x10 tricep extensions 2x10 - elbows hurt done. happy with the seated shoulder press. | ||

CG bench press 140x19 - PB for CG barbell curls 4x8 preacher curls 3x12 Doneeee. upper body feels abit beat. | ||
