Mate, I have photos of you looking like a beggar. And I'm good with photoshop. You should be careful what you say!

Cheers for the input guys, will endeavour to put it into practice.

You should see him when he has his big black trench coat on Jonny.. that's where it all started! I think this maths teacher malarky is a foil. And the headband is just to throw us further off the scent.

We've actually named one of Rick's dumbell row variations the 'Assassin Row' - we will get it on film soon Wink

4th October, Deadlift, Sugden

Dynamic Stretching
5 mins various

Deadlifts
60 x 6
80 x 3
100 x 3
120 x 2
140 x 1
155 x 1
170 x 1
185 x 1 x 5 PB

Front Squats
50 x 5
70 x 2
80 x 2
90 x 5 x 5 PB

Ab Pulldowns
95 x 10
110 x 10 PB

Stretching
10 mins

Very hard session. Had to rerack one set of the FSs after taking it out because my head was spinning everywhere.

Deadlifts were hard work at lock out tonight. Video available so input on form appreciated - I know it needs it. In my defense 5 singles with a PB isn't going to be pretty though.

Yea you'll get it in no time.

Personally I think you should do some speed work because you're quite a slow bencher. I know Adams not a great fan but its definitely helped me and makes the initial part of my lift the strongest part (when it used to be the weakest).

Nasty.
» Fines List (Go to post)03-10-2006 @ 22:54
If members really feel they would like to challenge a fine then they can post their reasons in this thread. If a rough majority agrees then the fine will be cancelled and given to the person who gave out the fine for giving out an unfair fine. Fine?
