aye, too right.

i mean its a small criticism in a huge event, but they didnt want to mess up the venue, which i think is a good reason not to have a stone at all, rather than stone without tacky for reps.

As it stands, none of the women finalists made a single rep with their 100kg one Grin only kati luoto managed to lap it!

just went through about one million training sessions with the bulls**t filter on, f**king consistant work man, always in that same 10% of top strength range grafting away.

Moved warehouses for strengthshop this week, crazy amount of heavy ass work. Probably something like 40 tons of stock moved Happy legs, back, traps dead.

The new warehouse is massive - the training area will be awesome! Love it how our "showroom" is a proper hardcore training ground, our main competitors here have showrooms with shiny brand new equipment in a fancy room standing there and never used, f**k that!
