Good work man. How did you warm up to the sets with 90kg? Those are good to write down too, i know it is boring, but it sometimes helps you to see what kinds of warm up build ups make you stronger and what not.

Good luck with your goals!

this would all be so much easier if we could register Sugden Barbell as a university sports club at the same time than BWLA club. As uni club we would get support, funding and use of the minibus Cool We would need 15 member though, and staff members like myself dont count...

Next april unequipped will be littered with SB! And if things go to plan, so will the nationals after that Cool

only problems i can see is:

a) getting organised enough.

b) how long are people going to be staying in this gym? Or making sure there is continuity.

oh, we should abolish that sugden dumbell category at once by the way Wink

On this thread:
http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_1369165/tm.htm

it was suggested that we should register SB as an official BWLA club.

Thoughts?

Good work on the PB buddy. 90kg log is a sweet one. Did you do that with the monster piece of old stinky wood with the crooked handles and 5kg more weight on one side?

45kg is EASY!

I would try to find time for narrow grips with focusing on keeping the elbows in.

Should we make Sugden Introduction to Powerlifting video as well Grin

First, picture perfect forms displayed by various lifters, with calm faces and light weights.

Then move to loud music, ugly power faces, screaming, chalk everywhere, blood on the floor, jackson bend deadlifts...
