i think i did 8x140 once in my youth, but this could be bulls**t...

we just started to stock them and i was dreaming about getting one for myself... BUt would need to wait till a customer returns one or something, and thats not likely to happen is it!

no comps john, they did say i could join the german comps next year though, they just have two main categories, newcomer and opens, and i have to go to the newcomer. They are not too light though so maybe better that way...

i think just a typo.

I mainly do the windscreen wiper bulls**ts and ab rollers these days, and some slow crunch bulls**t using the strengthshops base, ab mat style thing.

But since ab work is so new to me, it all feels really good Happy
