hey thanks! happy about how that 250 felt, but bummer about the back going snatching is COOL! f**k i am bad with full snatches, need to "do a millsy" and start walking forwards to rescue them. Everything is lost forwards. Now i have been sticking to my new Plan well enough but the back hurty messed it up a bit so i have been doing what i can. Then also have had a busy week at the warehouse which has cut time. Tuesday couldnt do my speed log because of the back so did some incline log instead incline log 5x52 5x52 5x72 5x82 5x87 5x90 5x92 5x95 5x97 felt ok! then some tricep work. wednesday front squats to 155 then abandon ship. better have a good friday session... | |||

its just "speed" work, so it looks like a lot but its going at nice speed so i am happy with that... Its the top end strength which is lacking at the moment, in all the static lifts and events too. good stuff buddy, get some pictures of your training area! i should get some of mine too, THE SHOWROOM! which barbell is worth waiting for f**king family issues etc??? be careful it wont run out of the ebay dispute deadline, after that you dont have any way of recovering your money. i do my weightlifting moves with the strengthshop weightlifting bar, and one with a manufacturing error which no one has yet even noticed, so that was a bargain But i would like to get a taishan bar at some point, since we stock them at strengthshop can get that cheaper than eleiko one, tons cheaper... unless would get lucky like millsy say hi to The Shot! |
