aye mate, full rubber, as in not rubber coated metal plates but throughout rubber. have to say they are one of the best products we carry, and it shows in the volume sold. Especially the crossfit places, because they need so many and put them through a lot of reps over the years Happy

use the strengthshop weightlifting bar too which is good for me, eleiko or taishan is like pearls for pigs in my case Grin

some warm up runs with just one of them at the time, then:
60kg farmers x 40m + 3 flips with the tyre + 40m with 100kg prowler
90kg farmers x 40m + 2 flips + 40m with 100kg on prowler

prowler only, 40m runs

olly, f**king buzzing about berlin still man, not at all grown old so far! (maybe because i dont have so much time to explore it so it comes in drips and drops). Also LOVING running the strengthshop.de, its a great combination of so many things i need to do, it certainly wont get boring (apart from arguing with couriers about broken shipments!!!).

ok after the comp only have had two quick workouts. Moving thousands of kilos of stuff in the warehouse in the 30+ degree berlin summer has a funny effect on training evergy...
