Today's training deadlifts 50kg x 5 90kg x 5 140kg x 5 160kg x 5 180kg x 2, easily. 190kg x 1, comfortably. I'd like to retract my statement of my goal being 200kg by the end of May. Pull up work 1 muscle up, 6 pull ups 1 failed muscle up attempt, 10 pull ups, 10 chin ups, another failed attempt at a muscle up, dummy spat out. Press up circuits Sets of 15 at varying leg heights off the floor on plyo boxes Curls n s**t

unit94 said:How are you training at the moment? Edit: I'll probably find out by reading the journal! Inconsistently mostly! Since competing in strongman at the age of 16/17 in the u90kg division I've regressed massively strength wise, I've rarely trained seriously for a period longer than a few weeks. I've still gone to the gym regularly, but only to stop myself becoming a complete mess. I squatted heavy for the first time in around six months this week, and managed 120kg comfortably, I've also recently deadlifted 160kg easily. A sorry state of affairs.

I don't know exactly how or why I ended up scrolling through this site at midnight for the first time in three years, but it's motivated me to start posting again, and at the very least to keep a journal of my training. Starting tomorrow. |
