Was Terry not invited or just declined his invite?

I wondered if there was a possibility he would choose not to compete due to his beef with the organisers. Or he might not be invited back after his social media outburst.

I don't know how he can be invited back after basically calling Colin a cheat and causing so much bad publicity to the contest. It's a shame as I really like the guy and wanted him to win one day.

But congratulations to Eddie, I don't care what anyone says he deserved to win. If anything I think some of the event changes hindered him. If the first event had kept the drag part then I think Eddie would of got another 2 points as body weight helps alot. Count back now unfairly being done on the fastest atlas stones and not event wins helps quicker guys like Thor and Shaw. There was no conspiracy, the strongest man won.

Surely they must of got invited and for whatever reason turned it down?

Carry Glenn Ross for distance would be a good watch

Hicks will make the final, he just missed out last year but think hes improved enough to do it this time. Im expecting 3 Brits in the final with maybe Felix making it 4 with a bit of luck.

Cheers Happy I wonder if they count Savatinov as American or not? Shame for Ostlund to miss out after a very good come back last year.

Ostlunds injured and they class Savatinov as Bulgarian

Jack Wright was also 19 when he competed in 78 so thats the youngest in the final.

But well done Bish, the most improved strongman this year

Does anyone know if next years Bsm will be invite only again or will there be qualifiers?
