| Still do the odd bit at strength tec, but mostly at sc vital fitness in farlington, have retired from competing for the time being so just training for improved health and technique now, trying to get involved in some coaching so I'm not completely gone from the sport. How's the training yourself? | |||

| I think saying anyone who can't rep 200kg doesn't deserve to be at a 90's final is a bit harsh, I've won uk 105's, and come 8th at Esm opens and I probably wouldn't get many reps at 200kg! And I'm not saying it's too heavy either. I'm just a terrible squatter, years of running in the army bad knees and long limbs, that doesn't mean I haven't earned my place, but when a squat comes up I don't criticise the event selection, I just get on with it and hope that there's a few of my good events in there too, it's the life of an inconsistent strongman unfortunately! | |||
