Quite tempted by this as I haven't had the opportunity to do a stone yet and really want to! Could even be worth trekking all the way up to Ashton and watching the u90 totty...
I think I will really struggle with a 62kg log as I can only just jerk that weight with an oly bar, but I can have a go.

Get down to OSG for some stones. Where you coming from?

If you ask mark nicely there is a 52kg log at OSG (think its 6") that you could have a go at in the comp.

ergo session:
slow 2000m row (approx 8mins)
then another 2000m done as 500m sprints with 500m recovery

haven't done cardio for a while

As a oxford boy there should be more rowing in here (Glad you called it an ergo-good man)

8 mins is a reasonable time if you aint done cardio in a while Grin

I though you were out dragging your tire around a park at that time of the morning anyway?

Im always training early if I can, means more chilling with the wife at night rather than at the gym till past nine at night

Todays training (Monday 9th August 2010):

Push press
20kg/5,5
30kg/5
40kg/3
50kg/1
60kg/1
70kg/1
75kg/0,0 Was hoping to get this and more as warm-ups felt fast, probably the logging on sat was still with me
50kg/3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3

neutral pull-ups
0kg/5,5,4,4,2

CGBP
20kg/5
40kg/5
60kg/5
70kg/3
80kg/1
92.5kg/1 PB, nearly went for 90 but kenny and shane told me matching PBs caused cancer. wish I had gone for 95 as I reckon I could have had it-didnt have a spotter so didnt risk it. Lost my line on it a bit but was quite fast.

Jumps me from 499 on the league to 492. I remember when I was 460. Boo
