Back at Edinburgh uni they had a couple of racks like these:

They were more fancy though and a coach there told me they cost 13k each. The gym also only stocked elieko bumper plates.

Awesome gym. Shame I cant go anymore Unhappy

Now you mention it Glasgow uni gym has a load of these spastic plastic plates, spotted them in there today!

Jesus, if they even sell one of them they deserve a f*cking medal. Absolutely absurd. That would take a minute, probably less, to knock up in a shed. And free as well.

I was going to make a post on Pullum yesterday. I was looking on their site and found some plastic plates http://www.pullum-sports.co.uk/bars-and-discs/olympic-training... that are 100 quid for a SINGLE 2.5kg plate. For that price you could get a few 20kg iron plates. Is it just me or do most people think they take the p*ss?

Hi mate, i started using SS for a few months and made some alright gains but then stopped it and started following a loose 5/3/1 routine.

Have you tried GOMAD (gallon of milk a day)? That would be ideal for gaining weight in a short period.
