The Squach is actually a bear, as proven on bigfoot files on channel 4, he/she would lake the digits to grab said tree.

Looking at that thread, qualification would/could be from some sort of league table or the SCL.
» When did you stop feeling weak? (Go to post)19-08-2013 @ 16:20
I will be strong when i squat over 300kg, deadlift over 350kg, and bench 160/180ish all no suits, just wraps and belt on squat, wraps and maybe straps on deadlift and raw bench.

» Squat Depth Harder to Judge From the Front (Go to post)11-05-2013 @ 19:52

This summs it up very nicely.
If the front ref incorrectly fails a good lift on depth, the lift should still pass 2:1 if the side refs are doing their jobs properly.
If the front ref incorrectly misses a high squat, the side refs should give 2 reds and the lift will be correctly failed 2:1.

I thought thats why they had the three light system?

I have/had one, since dropping some bf, and working the core a little more with planks and such, it doesn't pop out any more. The doc said the same to me, they are nothing to worry about unless they grow.

If it hasn't arrived by the sunday, you can borrow some of my tacky.
» Is it time to stop categorising comps. (Go to post)21-04-2013 @ 21:36
I tried to find inter comps, spent a whole year and competed twice. I've never won a comp at any level, or placed top three yet.
So this year i have the choice, do i take the easy wins, go for the novice comps as i've never placed top three yet, or do i man the f**k up and enter comps i know i won't win, and try my hardest to get some scalps?
Course I'm going for the experience, and try to get some scalps. More satisfying if i beat a higher level competitor than wipe the floor with new comers.
» Strongman entry fees (Go to post)21-04-2013 @ 21:21
I like the idea that the winner of events gets something, the kit, a trophy or a bit of cash, and i'm willing to pay a little more for the chance to win an event, but for the standard t-shirt, thanks for entering, 20-30 quid seams fair to me, charge the spectators a little bit, or even like its been said run the comp along side something else to aid the money for the comp.
Its not fair that people are out of pocket to run a comp, but at the same time they shouldn't be run for pure profit.
I've always offered to load at the comps run at PSF, and all i'd expect is a free t-shirt, maybe a bit of grub.
I've always enjoyed the comps i've been in, the only thing i would like is a bit more transparency of the scoring.
Thats my ten cents anyway.
