Cooking a sausage casserole.
1 packet sausages, cooked then cut up into chunks
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 tin chickpeas
2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic, finely sliced then softened
2 peppers, softened
2 carrots, cut into cubes and softened
Salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, black pepper, cayenne, black pepper and black pepper to taste. Smoked paprika would've been nice but I don't have any.

Nice incline bench PB - shoulder not being gay?
» Any strongmen here who DON'T SQUAT? (Go to post)05-03-2013 @ 17:53
Been told I need to NOT squat as my meniscus is completely worn out, and that the symptoms I have (such as not being able to walk up stairs properly) are due to not have much meniscus left. Potentially I could be looking at having an artificial knee in the near future as it is.

Not doing powerlifting any more, so I don't squat for more than 10 reps. I'm guessing I shouldn't do "heavy" front squats either. Knee wraps help save meniscus? Should I also avoid things like yoke and full cleans, or just avoid squatting?

Sorry for all the questions, but thought this might be a good place to ask as my GP doesn't seem to know s**t and physio said to stop squatting with weights as it's knackered my joints out (MRI results show this too)

Great grind on the deadlift, and LOVING (jealous of) your bench arch. What are you looking to get at your next competition?

Plenty volume there, Fong. When are you going to compete?
Edit - for bench, more leg drive, more arch and a bit more tuck.
Here's my setup

That revelation took you how many years? All about trying to be explosive, hence my VG pressing I used to do.

Top bit of squatting (and pizza)

Strong benching, Adam. Be good to see your progress.

I would also go for boards, dropping the height until you get to chest. Having a shirt on is completely different to raw benching, and the boards will teach him this slowly. I see him dumping if he went straight to chest. I like the 4 sets with smaller boards leading to chest.

Titan F6 is by far the easiest shirt to learn in, and i'd go for chest size or chest plus 2 and 2nd hand. DO NOT get a brand new inzer rage-x or katana as your first shirt!

Time to come clean - seeing as you all admit to doing it at work, I used to do the same all the time. 2 months there, most days were spent wanking. Also did it on my ex when she passed out 4 times in one night (this is not normal for me) and stole her undies.

maybe change stone to reps then Grin other than that its how a comp shud look.
seriously i thought the log medley with 10kg jumps is great as the top pressers still get to hit a nice heavy lift at the end which is what we want to see and the weaker ones arent put off cos they can get 1 or 2 lifts to score some points and not be embarrassed as if they no repped with a heavy ish set weight

I'd agree 90kg log with 10kg jumps. Crowd can see some of the bigger loggers hit some big weights, and the weak f**kers (like me) can go for a PB with 100kg or 110kg etc.
