They can help but if you eat s**t and have 5 vitamin tablets a day, you're not going to get anything out of it.

Eat well, take vitamins to top it off. Not hard.

Solid training, mongo. May I ask if the bodyweight is still going down steadily?

There was a study that said watching it raises it too (pun intended). Problem is, they didn't let the subjects whack one off then measure test levels again.

What little potatoes were left were turned into potato wedges, and 800g rack of ribs. Didn't quite hit the spot though.

I was nervous about the mash but it went well. Still quite chunky.

Suede is a soft, velvety material! Swede!?

Cooked 1kg of potatoes, 3 carrots, 500g braising steak, 50g ground almonds, 1tbsp cocoa (decent stuff that isn't mine, I just stole it from someone else's cupboard) and a whole bunch of other stuff. Cooked it for 3 hours and now I can drink it with a straw. Got 3 meals out of it, just had some for dinner.

I want to have a smoke but told the lady I quit (living together is making this difficult)

Testes, I put something up asking if people wanted to go there on Sat. If you fancy a man date next Saturday, let me know. I think the training log might be 70 and the other one 90.

What about single ply/raw untested and multiply/raw tested? Grin

I think you might have a point. I contradicted myself by saying I'm a massive fan of Super Cup of Titans - Malanichev and Balyaev being two of my favourite lifters regardless of federation etc. Single ply, untested. I think the WPC have the AWPC, which is multi-ply but tested. It's a shame that you're classed as an amateur if you don't use PEDs.

Super cup of Titans is the one I look forward to - IPF rules but no drugs testing.

There's only need for TWO federations in the world - one single ply/raw tested, the other multiply/raw untested.

Copied from Jesse Marunde climbing up a ladder whilst shouldering a stone then dropping it off his house roof onto a tv?
