Did I do 185kg x 3 belted, or did I fk up the weights and do 175kg x 3?

Bench - plan was 100kg for 10 sets of 10, whilst realistically getting 5 or 6 sets.

60kg x 10
80kg x 10
100kg x 10 - felt like there was about 15 in the tank
100kg x 10 - felt like there was about 12 in the tank
100kg x 10 - felt like there was about 9 in the tank, just about locked out.

Lat pulldowns
80kg x 10
100kg x 5 or 6, then bicep twinge

Seated shoulder press, no back support
60kg x 8, then some woman came over whilst I was dying trying to sell me a newspaper to raise money for some spastic kid. I told her I was a spastic kid who could do with about 6 grand for aircon and national insurance/pension backpayments.

Deadlifts yesterday. Decided to go with the fast descent and rip it straight up instead of setting up and taking the slack out of the bar. If you've seen Chris Jenkins deadlift, you'll know the style. But with added hook grip.

60kg x 2
100kg x 2
130kg x 2
160kg x 2
180kg x 2
200kg x 1
215kg x 1 belted
215kg x 1 belted

Haven't pulled 215 since I left the UK, so pleased with this. Only issue is grip was going at the top.

I LOVED going to big red on Holloway road! First time i went was with a vegetarian girl. Halfway through one of their monstrous steaks, I found out my date was a vegetarian. Steak was awesome!

Sam was opening in 312.5 deadlift. Not sure if thst number had changed. I'd bet he has his mind on 1st place total and then 1000kg. He finished on his opening bench which probably puts more pressure on getting that 1000kg total but it's still possible.

Get a piece of wood and cut it 50cm long and have it lathed 50mm thick. This will allow you to make a poor man's loadable stone with plates.



This is also probably the last time in my life I wore a vest, so quit taking the piss.
