I sweat like a bas***d over here, and it's been hitting 27 degrees. We're just getting out of "winter" where it rarely goes over 20 during the day and you can't wear shorts. I have no issues with food high in salt, and see it as an alternative to creatine. Sodium creates bloat via water retention, so you're essentially super-hydrated. Less chance of cramps and injuries, no?

27th I worked up to a s**t 135kg flat bench for a single and failed the 2nd. Later that day 100kg x 10 20" bench, plus 18 reps hammer grip bench with 35s.
