I sweat like a bas***d over here, and it's been hitting 27 degrees. We're just getting out of "winter" where it rarely goes over 20 during the day and you can't wear shorts. I have no issues with food high in salt, and see it as an alternative to creatine. Sodium creates bloat via water retention, so you're essentially super-hydrated.
