Decided to change things around, and will try methods used by the American kazols.

Box squat, but knee didn't like these too much. All well below parallel so as to not pick up American habits whereby people squat to 5 inches above parallel but get passed by corrupt American judges.

Will definitely up the weights for deadlifts on speed days. I don't remember them flying up like an American spy on a rodeo bull. Actually watched some bull riding last weekend with the missus whilst waiting for WSM, but I fell asleep just after Eddie announced his retirement, which brought a tear to my eye.

Leg curl
3 sets of 8

3 sets of 8 up to 44kg

Stretching for hams and hip flexors

Hang for 65 seconds

80kg (61% of 130kg)
Wide grip 3 triples
Pinkies on rings 3 triples
Close grip 3 triples
Wide grip a triple.

Sets started every 30 seconds, 10 sets in 5 minutes.
