Just a run for me today along with rolling and stretching

2.5 miles - 22mins

Calves were pumped like today, must have been running different and landing more on misfit than heel for once

Having a bit of a deload (kind of) this week and doing speed work on the 3 lifts and adding some more shoulder and other neglected muscles before starting Sheiko #37 next week.

Final day of Sheiko 29, will be moving on to 37 after a deload week of just speed work I think and do a bit of pressing and working any muscles that didnt really get anything in the past 4 weeks.

I enjoy this high volume style of training as it seems to work for me. The weights became much easier by the end of the cycle and after finishing 37 will attempt new pbs on all lifts

Cheers mate, I've had a look at yours and see your doing Westside. I'm going to cycle some different Sheiko programs and see how I get on for about 4-6 months and then have a change around, to what, I dont know yet maybe westside, 5/3/1 again or do a mix of smolov and coan-phillipi deadlift routines

Found this easier than the last one, didn't push myself really, still getting back into it.

Concentrating on running technique and trying to stay on my toes rather than being a heel striker.

Groin has been tight as fook today, must stretch it more on rest days to avoid this as I'm walking around like an idiot at work today!

Off for another run tonight, 2.5 miles again, not fussed about the time as long as its quicker than the last one.

Doing 2.5miles tonight and friday night then increasing to 3-3.5 on sunday

Groin was very tight today from my run last night, stretched it out and warmed it up with a lot of bodyweight squats and will foam roll my whole body tonight to loosen me up further

Felt strong yesterday, was a good session.
