All squats high bar and easy. Bench was upto a daily max, went up slowly but no danger if failing. Had to cut the session short as the kids were being little s**ts!

Due to things out of my control I haven't trained for ages, poorly kids, poorly fiancée, poorly me! Starting again tonight. Main lifts 3 days a week and assistance stuff on the other days if I've time.

All my deads are with a full reset each rep. Felt good again tonight, the pretty inconsistent training times seem to be working to my benefit a bit at the minute. I want to be training at least 3 days out of 7 though, not bothered about which particular days as long as I do it! If I can get a steady 3 days in then I want to add a fourth day of just attacking weaknesses, if time allows anyway!


Cut my session there as it was cold as fook and pitch black!

Loosened up for squats with dislocations, pull aparts and glute bridges with just the bar (think that's what they're called). Squats felt good tonight, reckon 10 was there but would have been all out for that.
