BENCH Bar 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 100 105 110 80 x 8 x 3 SQUAT 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 5 90 x 3 100 x 3 105 x 5 x 5 All squats high bar and easy. Bench was upto a daily max, went up slowly but no danger if failing. Had to cut the session short as the kids were being little s**ts! | |||

Squat Bar x lots 50 x 5 60 x 3 70 x 2 80 x 1 90 x 1 102.5 x 5 x 5 All squats beltless and high bar with a narrower than normal stance (normally medium-low bar and lightly wider than shoulder width stance). Felt good having a change and all felt nice and quick. | |||

Deadlift All beltless 57.5 x 5 70 x 5 85 x 3 92.5 x 5 105 x 5 hook grip 120 x 10 Sumo practice 92.5 x 15 All my deads are with a full reset each rep. Felt good again tonight, the pretty inconsistent training times seem to be working to my benefit a bit at the minute. I want to be training at least 3 days out of 7 though, not bothered about which particular days as long as I do it! If I can get a steady 3 days in then I want to add a fourth day of just attacking weaknesses, if time allows anyway! Cut my session there as it was cold as fook and pitch black! | |||

Squats felt good tonight, reckon 10 was there but would have been all out for that. Bench Bar x lots 42.5 x 5 52.5 x 5 62.5 x 3 67.5 x 5 77.5 x 5 87.5 x 8 Bench was hard tonight Barbell Rows 70 x 5 x 10 I've been throwing sets of pullups in between sets when I fancy it, did sets of 3 tonight inbetween squat and bench sets did around 30 in total |
