Wouldn't normally train tonight but i need to get the 52kg Dbel under my belt for my up coming comp.

Did frame, tyre and yoke for the first time. Really need to get my yoke up! First time I've ever moved with weight so not too shabby I guess.

Hit a PB on strict log press tonight well chuffed, also played around with barrel press and dbel press. Really need to get the technique nailed down!

Switched it up a bit today and added in some higher rep drop sets. I was thinking I need more muscular endurance as well as pure strength. All in all everything felt pretty easy as I've easied back from training too near my maxes.

Finally entered my first comp so training has now geared towards that. Tried the axle continental clean & press for the first time and managed to reach the comp weight! Well chuffed.
