I've seen plenty of young guys buy trays of caged eggs.

They're cheap and the eggs are well, eggs to them. Grin

Hello, just asking a typical question regarding eggs.

Free range being the more expensive type to purchase these days, cheapest I can get is 6 for £1 at the local market.

How does caged eggs stack up against free range and barn raised hens?

Better workout would be to shot-put the KB into the telly from afar.

Depends how many properties the landlord owns and if he can be bothered to take you to court. Its a very very very long winded process, he would probably just write it off and tell her to pay up or f**k off. She could try and clainm off you in the small claims courts but I doubt they'd find in her favour.

The landlord may or may not sue depending on how many months are left and even then if they do the court might consider the OPs position but seeing as it is two separate parties arguing over the lease then they will refer to past cases.

I know of one but cannot think it up right now.

A civil claim can be put through however if the landlord loses money over this. No landlord likes a vacant property or no rent payments.

It's not a criminal offence to not pay your rent.

If you break the rent covenant in the lease then you will be taken to court and you will lose unless circumstances go in your favour.

Not only will you get done for the remaining rent, you will pay court costs too.

Looking at the spec he probably paid about a third of retail for an alienware? Maybe less!? That without actually having looked at how much they cost these days.

I went to the Alienware site and came across the desktop deals they're doing.

They are Dell PCs...Confused

You got an Alienware for 600? Even if it wasn't front line stuff that price must have been heavily discounted by your friends. Grin

I absolutely agree. A friend of mine calls himself paleo, yet includes milk, cous cous, whey and tropical fruits. That in itself is perfectly fine, he's found they work well for him. But it's like saying 'I'm a vegetarian, except for bacon' Grin
I think we can all agree that processed s**t should be avoided, whole natural foods should be consumed with gusto, and not everyone should drink as much milk as I do Grin

but but but..milk is processed too!

Best thing about Crossfit?

You can mention in to a woman you know/love and she wont give you a disgusted look in reply.

"Why do I want to do weightlifting/weight training/strongman?"

Compared it to;

"Crossfit sounds like a thing you could show me"

He told the court that Ms Woodward, who weighs in the region of 24 stone (150kg), had missed out on many of the pleasurable activities which many young women enjoy, could not find clothing on the high street and is the subject of cruel comments from strangers.

WHat?

Plenty of fat birds pull on friday night, you just need the guy to have downed 10+ pints first.
