You find a nice woman who turns out to be either one of those crazy women who want to have a harry kid with you so you stay with them forever OR she is one of those "im 30 so my biological clock is ticking" people. Anyway she seduced you and tricks you into rodgering her unprotected, possibly with claims like "its ok I'm on the pill ". She then gets pregnant and makes threats like "if you leave me I will kill us both - all 3 of us if you include the fetus". She then has the harry kid and makes you look after it on a training day. Are you going to miss training that day? NO. You have a new training partner. They can spot you, film your lifts, hold the 2 board..... Spoken from experience? Gym I go to has the owners kids sometimes running around on weekends, only because its deserted really but they climb on the Atlas stones and roll about with them like they're play things.

“Wayne didn’t see the importance of the gym really. He’d say, ‘I’m here to play football’. I always wish I could have pushed Wayne that bit further.” You know why he thinks like this? There is a disease in the education system here in the UK where boys and girls dont even know what a gym is until they're 18 or so. In the USA they have gyms in the high schools for their sports teams no matter what. You don't ever see an American football team from a good high school sending out players who don't lift, however over here in the UK rugby teams at university are filled out with small guys who just found bicep curls. The same goes for footballers. Granted Rooney was taken up at a young age and should have been taught about the gym, you go to any semi-decent football team and you'd be hard pressed to find guys who squat, deadlift etc. These help sprint training and knee strength.

Training legs more often and tyre flips would help burn those fat reserves. You just need to be careful with your food intake as this sort of training will make you sluggish, unhappy and prone to gorging on food you shouldn't be eating. It doesn't help the situation when you need to eat less over a period of time. Things like Mc Donalds wont cut it. You need good food and willpower, depending upon how much % you want to shift. You shouldn't be training legs or the tyre at weights you'd normally pop out.

The issues of gun ownership came up here again. Where in this video did the woman have time to grab a gun? She could have grabbed a knife from the kitchen however human curiosity overrides any instant feelings for a rush to get a gun/knife. "Whats that banging?" Its day time and her child is watching cartoons, who would have thought a man would break in and beat her for money? The neighbourhood isn't subjected to this sort of thing.

Societies that allow these types to live free lives shouldn't be surprised this stuff happens. Go look at Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Progressive "integration" of Islam isn't possible when its followers dont condone their own kind.

OwenL said:^^ In ny experience, 2/3 fingers might help you in the short term if all you want to do is front squat more, but as a weightlifter I'd rather be able to clean the bar and keep 4 fingers under it, to prepare for the jerk. & I've snapped all kindsa s**t up in my fingers when the bar slipped down my delts and I had 2 fingers to try n hold 150+ up with lol As for the thick bar, weightlifting bars are 28mm. If you rack em properly, behind the front delts & just before the collarbone, it shouldn't (& doesn't) hurt at all. Oh it never hurt much but once or twice I actually scraped my neck with the texas power bar, looked like I was strangled. I find it easier with a thick bar.

Full of people who are happy to give free rim jobs to people in the group, but super fast to put someone down who isn't. This is on all forums where member interactions go beyond the internet. I was on a paintball forum, two of them actually and the shear number of snowflakes with big chips on their shoulders made you worry about actually being involved in discussions or the sport itself. I remarked about a certain team doing something that was a popular topic (at the time) and they took exception to me calling them on it. This forum is pretty much the same.

I have 0 pain from front squats, been doing them a couple years now. The things I have learned are; - Use 2 or 3 fingers, nothing more. Anything more will stress the wrist. Two fingers may not be enough for those times when the bar MAY slip down your delts. - Use wrist wraps. Not too tight but not so much that its not providing support - Front squat holds for 20-30 seconds at a time with a weight 20+KG above your front squat - Look after your wrists with general stretching. I have found thick barbells to be better than thin bars. More surface area to hold onto and less of the shear stress digging into you. Your delts and chest will take to it better.

Never seen the allure of equipment past wrist wraps and belts. Both of which I use for protection. Knee wraps I can understand but a suit? meh. |
