I am a bit disappointed with the "testing numbers" but at the same time, i am out of practise with them and 20kg lighter. So I shouldn't really grumble. Also with now eating to gain versus drastic cut PLUS gaining efficiency, I'm hoping the numbers fly up? Also Faz, have been watching your IG, looking good and lifts have peaked nicely on this block! good work | |||
