appreciate that compliment from yourself as your top quality bencher yourself...prob best pound for pound around id guess.........

suffering with tendonitis in elbows a bit lately that why used sleeves 2nte also and left shoulder not rite.......compete for bodybuilding these days so i do prefer constant tension when bench ...but do full range when go for a max effort..

didnt give body enough rest after last session so think should have few more reps if fresher

cheers guys....really working on the speed off chest this year & its really come on with way bn doing it.....hope can bang up a tidy max at lighter bodyweight now

aslong as the negative part lift fully controlled and explosive from chest find works beter then anything and also this way keeps constant tension in lift....max is improving and hoping for a 220 at 95 so pleased how works anyway

this wider grip last year with fuller range know could get few more reps this year fresh.....just find benching with this technique improves overall bench and max for myself so feel its better

explosive reps was doin here...range was fuller then seems mind can do full range with same reps 2 with wider grip just used narrower grip here for practising speed off chest ;-p

ye but 2 b honest id rather a spot at times like that 2 minimise stress on joints & chest.....will try 180 for a double at this wem fresh now
