Nb.On monday I joined a gym to allow for more regular training sessions,Finding it very strange seeing how others train and how everyone seems to admire themselves in vests and other hideous items of clothing constantly throughout a session.
Ive been going on my own after work so have started again pretty much from scratch to get used to new exercises and not having a spotter/partner etc,hence my low weight high rep gay body builder s**t in some of my sessions from now on.
Also changed my diet from around 50g of protein to around 150g per day.

Bench:bar for 10
60kg for 10
80kg for 8,5,5,5,5

Incline flys:
14kg for 8
20kg for 6,5,5,4,5

ez bar skull crushers:30kg for 10,10,10,8,8

Decline press:50kg for 8
60kg for 6,5,5
(Very easy,just had the shakes from previous exercises and didnt feel in control)

ez bar curls:40kg for 8,7,5

I know what your thinking and I agree..that was a homo session.

80kg for 3
100kg for 4
90kg for 5,5,5,5,4
(could have done more volume/weight but forgot my chalk and therefore had no grip)

Incline leg press:120kg for 10
160kg for 8,8,8,8
(first go on this,just wanted to get used to it,can easily do more)

That was it,quick session tonight,going to do shoulders on the morrow.

Did a little medley yesterday,first time in a while, didn't feel great energy wise but wasn't to bad.

Yoke into farmers for 15m
160kg to 65kg
200kg to 65kg
200kg to 65kg
220kg to 105kg
260kg to 110kg

Only managed about 5 metres with 110kg,got them up ok,had both hands to far forward on handles.Not a strong event.And that's all I did on yesterday,pretty lazy!

Been weeks since I've trained properly due to working away etc.

18" Deads : 200kg for 2
210kg for 1
220kg for 1
(cant remember warm-up weights)
Not to bad considering my first attempt and haven't dead lifted for about three weeks.

Incline bench:60kg for 9
70kg for 8
80kg for 3
90kg for 2
100kg for 1 (pb)
80kg for 6,5,5

Shrugs: 60kg for 10
100kg for 2
140kg for 2
180kg for 1 (straps)
140kg for 6,5,5 (straps)

Ez bar curls:30kg for 8
50kg for 5,4,5

Playing rugby tommorow so hopefully not to achey!

4/1/12 (Had a terrible cold after running around on a muddy pitch the night before)

Barbell curls:bar for 10
30kg for 10
40kg for 8,8,8

Lunges:30kg for 6 on each
50kg for 5 on each
70kg for 3 on each
60kg for 3,3 on each
(first time I had attempted lunging,hamstrings felt horrendous,still had dead lifting to do,I'll learn.)

Deadlift:60kg for 5
100kg for 2
120kg for 2
160kg for 6 sets of 3

Bent over rows:60kg for 8,8
70kg for 8,8,8
(also first time doing this,low weight for technique)

Bit more planking and that was it for yesterdays session,taken a day off work to see whether I can recover for tomorrows session

Hi guys,been training for about 6 months now,after not doing any gym work before july, but have played rugby for years.Thought I'd start my own log to record progress for the start of the new year

Current pb's

Deadlift: 200kg
Squat: 165kg
Bench: 115kg
log press: 90kg
Strict press: 87.5kg
Farmers walk: 105kg for 20m
Yoke: 260kg for 20m
Front squat: 120kg

I'm planning on dropping to u90's hopefully in next 6 months,currently around 98kg and at 5'11".Other than that I'm hoping to up my current pb's this year.I'm also competing at champions of the future 2 in u105's categorie.

First session in about a week,had a steady one to get back into it
Deads:60kg for 8
100kg for 3
120kg for 1
140kg for 2
160kg for 6 sets of 2
(Just starting the russian squat routine as have real issues with form due to changing from sumo and also having awful flexibility)

Clean and strict press:60kg for 6
(with wrist straps) 70kg for 6
80kg for 1,3,2

Fat grip farmers holds:60kg for 3 sets of ten seconds
nb.i have a hideously rubbish grip strength

Farmers shrugs:65kg for 10,8
60kg for 12,12,12

Then just finished with 3 minutes of plank off of a bosu ball
