Agree with the majority... Seriously strong dude but crap rep

I'm sure though if he dropped some weight he'd be able to bash out some solid reps that most people would dream of squatting Grin

Price beater?

Currently I use Muscle Milk as it's a lactose free protein powder and my system seems to manage it better as it's easier for me to digest; fairly pricey though!

I was using Nutrisport 90+ protein but it tastes crap and makes me feel fairly s**tty to be honest

Thought about Myproteins stuff but came across this review site: http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/myprotein.com

They're fairly well slated on there!

Are they worth the hassle or are there better protein supplements to consider?

I take my protein with half milk/half water and strawberry yoghurt usually (blended with a banana before training and the same but with oats for breakfast) so ideally it needs to be strawberry flavoured Grin

You have my permission to do it with a kettlebell out on the big grass patch... but you have to clean the kettlebell afterwards... and watch out for dog s**t!

Sounds a bit like HHH Flash when we decided to go and have a go and chucking that telegraph pole about...

Cheers Pete... It's getting there

I'm after a 180kg paused bench ASAP and then will go from there... Grin

I know it sounds daft but I don't feel I've got it under control if I bounce the reps...

I know it sounds daft but I always have a bag of Fishermens Friends to get the sinuses clear!

Working from home can make me an idol t**t at times but whilst sorting meself ready for training I pop 4 or 5 of the little buggers in me gob and they make your eyes water and clear your sinuses

Helps you to think better/more clearly and gets you fired up a little Wink
