Would be good to get back into tyre training though but a light tyre only ends up being good for warm ups etc... Glad they've got a log; that's something I've missed training a lot! What atlas stones do they have (if any)? May have a nosey down there tomorrow to suss the equipment out | |||

Didnt realise Jon Bridges had some Strongman stuff at Ironman; may bob down and have a nosey sometime. Currently training back at Bodyshatters (Body Matters) in Higher Walton (where it all began)! Just fancy getting back in to the log, stones (atlas and normal stones) tyre work etc... Do you train at IronMan Pete; if so when? | |||

| Used to train with Ben a good while back in Strongman but now that the location has closed does anyone know where in or around Preston that has some decent Strongman gear etc... I'm sorely tempted to get back in to it as I thoroughly enjoyed it but ended up getting back into weightlifting (bored of that now TBH) Cheers | |||
