Dumbell screw curls

20kg x 10, 10, 10

Three sets of crunches and some foam rolling on my hips to finish

I forgot to do three sets of 1 minute holds for my grip so will go them tomorrow

Probably not, no.

It's just a bit of fun... Although after London 2012 when the current admin dissolve then it would be an idea

But in all fairness i am very thankful of the memories and experiences I've had so without meaning to sound to selfish a return to competitive weightlifting has little attraction and serves no purpose

Just get used to them I'd say initially...

You'll soon get the bug and want to put more weight on the bar, so the only thing I would concentrate on is form... Doing that 50kg you did for some threes for example

As soon as your confidence and technique are adequate you will move up in weight

Aims... 80kg is a good weight Happy

10 minute walk then later...

2 sets of 30 short rolls using my foam roller on my hips at the attachment

I need to do these regularly as well as the clip that pagan put up which I think will help too

I was going to say for people to have a bash themselves when I made the thread of the video clips I put together but thought it would get snubbed

Bottom line is they are fun! Even if theres no strongman benefit lol

Excellent flexibility from you on your lifting cleans especially!

Get them feet back in line (narrower) before you jerk... Then when you split your legs will go backwards, forwards and maybe out too... But not in!

Could you alternate from low bar to high bar

Or front squat

Then when you do low bar drop the reps for a few weeks?

You are always going to have somethings that are better than others, and if that log was higher on that session it would look like so many other under 90kg lads efforts so it's something to work towards

That and losing 12kg like

Are you getting enough natural salts in your diet?

You may need to add salt solutions if you don't replace them after exercise...
