Hi all, im new to sudden so just thought id do a quick intro on myself,

Name - Lynton Dell
Age - 26
Weight - 114Kg
Goal - To enter a novice strongman comp summer 2012.

never really trained strongman events nor 1 rep max's until i started to train with URSUS ( Jay Pateman) and really enjoyed his motto of trying to hit a PB every session.

As i started my training with Jay 4 weeks ago my PB's were;

Deadlift - 240kg
Squat -190kg
Bench - 170kg
Push Press - 115kg
Front Squat - 140kg

After 4 weeks of training with him my lifts are now at;

Deadlift - 270kg
Deadlift - 16" - 300kg
Squat - 260kg
Bench - 180kg
Push Press 130kg
Front Squat - 180kgx4reps

i never knew about this journal section until now, so ill now update this on a weekly basis of my training routine and post some videos of my lifts and look forward to your video feedback.

cheers guys
