Deadlifts - Hook grip 70k x 3 x 3 100kg x 4 140kg x 3 170kg x 2 200kg x 1 mixed, swap hands x f 210kg x 1 back to hook and a massive PB! 215kg x f. Hook again and had it to the knees. Close Could have probably manned up and got it. A little too cautious. 170kg x 3 140kg x 4 DL+SLDL 140kg x 2 100kg x 5 x 2 Power Cleans 70kg x 2 x 2 + PP 80kg x 2 That was enough. Been off work with more than just man flu. I think it started thursday/friday. No wonder I was dead after the weekend. Finally on the mend and back to some eating. Might be time to do some lighter sessions for the first week to recover. | |||

Farmers Holds 119kg x f. Pushed too hard earlier. Yoke 65kg x 1 145kg x 1 185kg x 1. Pfft. Felt like 100kg more. Stones Lapped 110kg x 3. Couldn't get it up. No homo... Not bad for my first go though. Saturdays squatting killed me... Sunday I had no energy but thanks to the lads screaming me on I got something out of it. Time for some food and more rest. | |||
