Back from CP had the s**ts but had a laugh too so not all bad. Although coming back to my car being waterlogged for 2 days as the landlords didn't sort the drainage out was a bit of a pisser. It at least still runs but my stereo is possibly f**ked (it's worth more than the car) The water filled the change recess infront of the gearstick that's how high it was. Can't wait to start 5/3/1 after a long stint on 3x5 hasn't done me too badly. Just need to finish off some websites this weekend then I'm on it like a KAAAAARRR BANNNETTTTT. Been reading loads of logs on here. Some of you guys are monsters! One day... one day! Lots of banter here too! Love it. Does anyone train in Essex? Esp any strongman training around here? Would be great to do an events day or two if there is any gyms with decent equipment about. So I'm starting with a 440kg (120/115/205) total weighing in at 129kg. Hopefully with some decent diet and 5/3/1 cycles I'll up my total and drop some fat. | |||

Nice work! PB's all the time it seems I'm thinking of getting some FatGripz for DOH Deadlifts, rows and pullups to imporve my grip, something that might help with yours too? | |||
