luckily we have the doors open now its warmer, during the winter it was pretty grim ahaha

where you fail on dl is dependant on back position in my experience and what ive observed with others. a lifter who keeps his back flat will struggle/fail off the floor and but will complete to lift if they get it moving. however a rounded back lifter will always have it fly off the floor but will struggle/fail at lockout.

DB Bench 40s 2x20

DB Incline 30s 2x15

DB Press 24s 12,10. 20sx15

doing delt exercises after bench has really brought performance down on them.

Twice a week squats. i do high bar low bar and fronts. high bar, front squats and good ankle mobility are very important if you dont want to be a good morning squatter

I think the best way to train squats is using high bar and fronts to build muscle and strength for most of your training. Then use low bar to demonstrate it.

I do 80-90% of my squat volume high bar and front squats. Then when I go heavy for PRS is switch to low bar and widen my stance. High bar is better for overall quad and glute strength because the bar position forces the lifter into a more upright position and improves depth which results in the quads having to do more work. This strength then carrysover well for me to low bar where the back has superior leverage and can contribute more to the lift

recently ive been squatting twice a week fairly high volume. in the past ive done 3-4 times a week but im finding 2 sessions a week atm much more enjoyable less draining and im getting stronger too

Thanks everything is going well and too plan so far on squats, looking to hit an easy 260 squat in may when qualifying for the classic then go all out at the british classic and break the 600lb barrier.
