Me and my training partner both put up 250kg squats this weekend at our mock meet. Both look good for more weight. both looking to take some junior records in the near future

Try this. Ive been doing this to get around a knee injury which gets aggravated going to full depth. I've got a box slightly below parallel hopefully it will carryover to my normal squat i don't know, but its better than nothing and its closer to a normal squat than leg press or other machines.

What's the theory behind 1rpm in the slinger seen a few people doing them lately is it somthing you implement in training or is it just a token stick it on and have a see what you can hit in it ?


whenever i bench heavish. i usually throw it on after and get some more reps out or go heavier to get some overload.but yeah not much thought goes into it really i just chuck it on try and get a pr or rep pr
