Iv tried the workout drink "ripped freak" crazy s**t that.. i was off my head all day I was talkin as if i was havin a stroke lol couldnt see straight for about 2 hours while training but jesus i was focused... the come down was horrid also, dont think ill be takin it again ill stick to my Rampage lol | |||

Today at the garage of Strongman Northeast(fb) Squats - 35/5, 55/5, 75/3, 95/3 115/1 then a drop sets down to 30kg/10 Lunges - 35/20, 60/10 Calf Raises - 95/20, 115/10, 135/5 Deadlifts from 18" - 135, 155, 175, 195pb Shrugs- 100/10 x 3 front, 100/10 x 3 rear, farmers 45/10 x 3 all straight after eachother. Now in some pain, love it n bring on the next session. | |||

been training 2 weeks now and have starting to reach my max with things, still getting use to the technique of things like but seem to be doing ok i have two lads i train with which help me along. any hints or advice on the food side of things like what to be eating/drinkin or what to stay away from. cheers |
