CONDITIONING

THE BEAR COMPLEX

(1 REP = Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press)

ROUND 1: 40kg X 7

ROUND 2: 42.5kg X 7

ROUND 3: 45kg X 7

ROUND 4: 47.5kg X 7

ROUND 5: 50kg X 7



This never seems to get easier lol im going to add a bit more cardio into my sessions and add an extra round each week up untill i hit 10 rounds then add more weight from there on.

Cheers mate it just doesnt like incline for some reason. Im sure you will hit that 150kg soon mate especially with the weight and reps your doing.

**Started with a low weight to see how my elbow was feeling**

INCLINE BENCH PRESS (OLYMPIC BAR)

**My elbow wasnt playing here on the last set**

FLAT DUMBELL PRESS( Weight Each Hand)

INCLINE DUMBELL PRESS (Weight Each Hand)

32.5kg X 8

37.5kg X 8

**Again no dips tonight until im sure my elbow is 100%**

Not to bad tonight my elbow still feels a bit tender on incline pressing but its certainly getting better hopefully in a week or two it should be back to normal.

The bear complex is tomorrow not looking forward to that.

As long as you dont let it get dry you should be fine, i got one on my chest and let it scab while i was boxing and with the push ups it forced the colour out.

Didnt have much time for a full session so what i did do i was happy with deadlift was the main one today. So close with the 270kg got to the knees and held it there but couldnt grind it out to the top so going to work on reps for a couple weeks.
