Thanks pal.
Haha really? What did he say?

He was saying that people were moaning that we spent to long on the bar and that if he got another bar he didnt want all the space to be taken up in front of the mirrors if me and you were deadlifting on the same night etc think we must of used it for all of 15 - 20 minutes tonight.

I think that is all you can do at Hamiltons to be honest mate but worth it as is a decent gym and apparently he is getting strongman equipment.

That will be a bonus big time if they do think that might be the place to go, someone was saying that its quite small inside.

55kg I think but they haven't got a massive amount of weight plates, Hamiltons is a good gym but your tied to a 12 month contract.

55kg aint to bad. Aint it only 12 month contract if you pay by direct debit. I only have a week or so left on my membership so going to change then.

Yea I have been but the weights don't go up massively high, whats he been saying then?

Was moaning the other day because one of the lads swore then they play a song thats saying every swear word under the sun and today he was moaning about the weight plates we were using while someone left the squat machine loaded.

Whats the heaviest dumbell in there ?

I was thinking of moving over to hamiltons in colchester or going to hercules full time
