I done it last year about October/November time nothing glamorous like going abroad, i went from Scotland to Colchester got drunk with my brother one night next morning i was on a train lol still a little tipsy though. Best decision i made met someone and now shes expecting our first child on the 6th of March.

Iv tried them a few times but i struggle with reps maybe manage 3-4 at a time but that is pulling 21 stone

Yeah mate was finally nice to squat in a cage instead of a smith machine, and the bloke that runs it is good. There was also 3 Eek olympic bars that i seen

Im in the process of having to move gym because of the gym owner, he actually sat myself and another fella i train with down in his office like we were back in school, he has been heard saying he doesnt like big lads.

Decided to try out a new gym tonight as iv had enough of been rushed through my workouts and trying to get the one solitary olympic bar, and the lack of a squat rack was starting to become annoying so i gave Iron Works Gym in Clacton a blast.

Really enjoyed tonights session and finally being able to squat in a cage felt good and was really happy with the weight i believe there is alot more in there just dont want to push it to hard to soon, want my knee to get used to the movement and weight again. Think i will be making this my main gym from January.

Bench press is coming along nicely managed all the sets and reps, might have to lower the weekly increase from 5kg to 2.5kg as im getting closer to my 1RM and i want to continue doing triples.

A good session today, the last set of 3 reps on the deadlift was a bit of a grinder but it certainly feels like its coming along next week will be 220kg for reps.

Had to call time there as i got in the gym late, all the 90kg presses are PB's for reps i was happy with these, hopefully be getting a new 1RM by christmas.
