Yeah im still struggling to find a way to add it in and i aint to sure what to do i know for one the treadmill is out of the question lol

yeah iv put a little on my stomach but if it starts to get to much then ill cut back but at the moment gains all over so im happy.

its hard to find that balance

Had to call it a night there but got the main exercise done, felt solid but the last one or two were slow of the deck. Hopefully i can keep adding the 5kg each week before i attempt a new PB before christmas.

First few sets, especially Squats and Deads, are so sore LOL
Hip pain is the worst for me, very inflexible for 3 or 4 sets. Shoulders a slight nuisance too. Then there is the clicking wrists, sore elbows when rowing etc etc etc.

The push press felt strong and i enjoyed it, decided to finish off with a few flyes as my shoulder joints felt a little tender from pressing but overall a nice session.

Lol perfect timing get over one injury and land another

Car accident was July and its only been the last couple weeks my knee has been playing up.
