You could contact Citizens Advice they may have some info on the subject but as mentioned before my friend is currently receiving a medical etc for the accident he was in and he was uninsured. He got 8 points and a £700 fine for no insurance but solicitors told him he could claim it was one of these companies that you see advertised across the tv, also the other driver admitted liabilty for the accident which is why its gone in his favour. If theres no damage and no witnesses deny all liabilty

Post Edited: 18.12.2012 @ 22:38 PM by stephen9069 He can claim even if he aint insured. I know of a person that has done this, the solicitor told him even though he was not insured it doesnt give the driver of the other vehicle the right to crash into him. If there is no damage to the vehicle i doubt he would claim and if he doesnt have insurance im not sure he would want to risk police involvment which could lead to a costly fine and points.

No like the choice of being able to change gyms How far do you travel to a gym? Between 10 - 12 miles What is the ideal time for you to train? Any time before 7pm How many times per week do you train? 5-6 Do you train at more than one gym? If so why? Sometimes for event training List your top 8 pieces of essential kit needed in a gym? Squat Rack, Decent Bars, Plenty of Plates, Heavy DB's List your top 3 wish list items for a gym? Strongman Equipment What facilities would be of interest to you? Would the idea of a top up card be of interest to you so you could pay as you train by the hour? For example a one off payment for the card then add credit to the card and swipe when entering/leaving the gym No
