I had a bit of a similar situation me and my ex split 2-3 months after signing the 6 month tenancy luckily she moved in with family but we had to continue to pay the 6 months so she took everything and i ended up living in an empty house for 2 months on a fold down sofa bed lol you also might want to check council tax etc aswell | |||

The bench's at this gym aint the best i really struggle with them as they are quite small. The first video was my attempt at a 145kg bench sorry about the angle my brother aint the best with the camera. 145kg Bench Press The next video was my 150kg attempt but failed, think i may have done to many reps on the build up to this attempt the camera angle is better this time. 150kg Bench press Im trying to aim for a 160 - 165 bench before the new year | |||

MONDAY - 22/10/2012 No training tonight was at the hospital to finally find out after nearly 2 years what they want to do with my wrist and they came to the conclusion that there not going to do anything so im stuck with the lost rotation in my wrist now due to the torn cartlidge. | |||

I suffer from both tennis elbow (outside elbow pain) & golf ears elbow (inside elbow pain) I use this method a few time as well as shoulder mobility and ART and the rubber inner tube stuff WORKS Oh ok the pain i got is literally at the top of my forearm just as it goes into the elbow i had it xrayed and theres definetly no fracture or break etc if i straighten my arm you can see a lump on the crease of my elbow would it work for that ? | |||
