Oxman said:Sounds like the physio really helped mate, good stuff and that's a great session today, tough getting things in around work sometimes, great stuff mate.

It is with my knee especially on concrete flooring that takes its toll by the end of the day.

I think the physio is excited when i walk in lol he said he gets people that whimper and cry at just being moved around so when i get in he likes to get stuck in but im determined not to say stop lol.

Work took a turn last week and been absolutely swamped not finishing work until after 7 most days, this killed my knees especially my bad one.

Finished nice and relatively early today so decided to go to the gym and take advantage of a few of the cable machines.

I had my physio on Friday he worked out a few kinks in my back which helped massively for this week.

Body weight sitting at 19st 3lbs.

Depending on tomorrows work it will either be back or legs.

Yes mate...consolidate the gains I have got and strengthen some individual bodyparts that may be weaker and give my cns a bit of a break and my mind from having to hit x number of kg for x number of reps. Been hammering it literally a year now and I need to heal a bit.
3 more weeks to dig in and hot some higher numbers yet if poss tho!

Makes sense mate i think even when you go into your bodybuilding phase its will be a PB everyweek lol.

Yeah and its knowing who to go for if I could afford it lol! Guess i'll just keep plodding.
Hope so mate, I need to be sensible in the way I rebuild after peaking. I will be doing 8 weeks of bodybuilding after this peak before moving into another strength phase...I need it mentally more than anything.

Sort of like an off season ?

I'm hoping for 340-350kg in next 12 months mate, need to be sensible in the way I go about it. I can't really afford it but I think I need a coach.

I know what you mean its not cheap i think depending on who you get it starts about 100 a month.

Smart call taking your time but at the rate your progressing i see that falling before the time frame you set.

Cheers mate. Ha you're on to me. The Mrs worked at a bowling alley that went pop. She got me a pair of the new ones. They're very hard soled which is perfect. I'll get some proper lifting shoes in the new year, got Christmas to spend the pennies on first.

lol if they do they job and hold up well then why not stick with them i found a while back that when i squatted in my timberlands it felt better than my squat shoes.
