Planned 2 x 2 x 180 but the rack pull attempt on Friday has left me with a niggle in my lower back.

Total 615 kg.

Lifted 'Classic Raw' which in the BPF is no wraps at all, belt only.
Quite happy really but should have got the 275 dead.

Last heavy squats before comp next week, would have liked these to be easier but hopefully a rest will help.
Decided raw is the way forward, knee raps are out.

Poor, probably overdoing it squatting or deads every other day.
First time in knee wraps in months, still can't get on with them.
