My problem is it grows too quick. Takes about a week to develop a beard, yet because of that it rashes pretty quickly forcing me to have to shave it off Unhappy

SI/Piriformis is still feeling a little sore from yesterday so I was a little apprehensive going into this session but it went fine.

Squats were horrible, I think I may have to retract my last post on switching back to low bar, it felt like I was doing some f**ked up good morning variation and I slightly tweaked the top of my left glute after failing 170.

I'd rather get nothing out my belt than risking another horrible injury just for a little more weight on the bar. Bench was OK but 92.5 felt like 95 on Monday so I didn't push for a pb, dropsets felt harder than it should too.


Ah well, s**t happens...

Lacklustre squatting but bench went alright, I widened my grip to the max legal ipf grip and flared my elbows more as opposed to tucking when bringing the bar down. Even though the bar speed was a little slower than usual, I found I had more control and was less shaky. Will have to play around with it a little more.

I know him, nice guy. He briefly trained at Genesis in the summer with my brother and the rest of the Genesis Powerlifting crew.
